How should I pick the right size?

Our signature tee is a unisex cotton crewneck with a relaxed fit. Lay a shirt you like flat and measure across the chest, armpit to armpit, and from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem. Chest (in): S 18, M 20, L 22 — Chest (cm): S 46, M 51, L 56. Length (in): S 28, M 29, L 30 — Length (cm): S 71, M 74, L 76. If you sit between sizes, size up for a roomier fit. Because every order is custom-printed, we cannot offer exchanges for wrong sizing.

How long does shipping take — and does it vary by region?

Each order is produced on demand by Printful, then shipped from the facility closest to your address. Production adds 2–5 business days on top of the transit times below. Estimates after production: United States — 3–7 business days. Europe and the UK — 5–10 business days. Canada and Mexico — 7–14 business days. Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world — 10–21 business days. International orders may also be slowed by local customs processing, which is outside our control. You will get an email with tracking as soon as the package leaves the facility.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because every item is custom-printed on demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizing — please check the sizing chart above before you order. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Yes — use our wholesale intake form to send your company name, requested products, quantities, and target delivery date. We’ll review the details and reply with a tailored quote and realistic lead-time estimate. Custom print runs for events, teams, or brand work typically take 2–4 weeks, and print-ready artwork plus an early deadline will help us plan the run well.

What print quality and color fidelity should I expect?

Accepted Answer

Expect near-photo accuracy, not pixel-for-screen parity. Every monitor renders color a little differently, and the ink-on-fabric process absorbs and blends colors in ways that backlit screens do not, which is most visible on apparel. We tune each mockup on the product page to give you a realistic preview, and each design is printed with a DTG (direct-to-garment) process that retains fine detail at print resolutions above 1500 dpi. Small color shifts between screen and fabric are normal for custom-printed goods.
